Dear WSC Member-Owners,

I’ll be honest—I never set out to be the Club President, but stepping into this role has been one full of (mostly) rewarding surprises, and that’s thanks to the incredible people who make up this community. From the passionate boards that came before me to our current team of rockstars, it’s been a joy to serve alongside such dedicated folks who pour so much heart into making Woodridge the special place it is.

A huge shoutout and endless thanks to our current board members and our dynamic Pool & Grounds duo, Adam Galambos and Melinda Miller, who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get the club looking amazing. Special thanks also to Bill Rogers, a long-time member-owner and our most committed volunteer. And we can’t forget Zach Miller (Melinda’s other half), who has generously shared his time and talents to help get us ready for the season ahead! This place runs on the power of volunteers, and we’re lucky to have some of the very best.

If you didn’t get a chance to pitch in during pre-season, don’t worry—there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout the summer (and at the end of the season, of course!). Every bit of time and effort helps, and it’s a great way to give back to a place we all love.

Now for the fun part: Opening Day is just FIVE days away! The pool and grounds are looking absolutely fantastic, and we can’t wait to see you all back, soaking up the sun, reconnecting with friends, and making new summer memories.

We’ve also been busy behind the scenes making a few updates to help things run smoother and set Woodridge up for continued success:

• Guest passes have been simplified—all guests are the same rate:

  • $12 per person

  • $8 per person after 5 PM

  • Or grab a 5-pack for $45 (save $18!)

• Each membership includes three complimentary guest passes annually.

• Guest passes never expire—so feel free to stock up.

• There are currently no blackout dates or usage limits on guest passes.

You can easily purchase guest passes or add credit to your account through Pool Dues.

In an effort to simplify transactions and bookkeeping, Woodridge is transitioning to a cashless system, which began with our membership renewals this year.

• Until June 15, we’ll still accept cash for guest fees and at the snack bar.

• After that, payment options will be debit/credit cards or Apple/Google Pay

• And stay tuned—we’re hoping to roll out Venmo as an option to pay at the snack bar soon too!

Thank you for being the heart of Woodridge. Your involvement and support are what make this club such a great place to spend our summers. We’re looking forward to a season full of sun, swims, and time well spent together.

Getting ready for the season: 

• Log into your Pool Dues account and double check names, birthdates, and email addresses for those on your membership.
• Pursuant to Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board of Governors, children between the ages of 10 and 13 years old may be admitted to the pool without supervision, provided such child’s parent has submitted a completed parental consent and emergency contact form.  If this applies to your family, please complete the form (linked above).
• Order your WOODRIDGE Swim Club Gear!  This is our first club fundraiser.  We’ve priced items to keep them affordable and give a little back to the club.  Every little bit adds up!  The store will be open to shop until June 8th.  P.S.  A towel will be added shortly!
• We have modified hours until school is out (for both Warwick and MT).  Hours for the remainder of the season on our website.
