Join us for our Cirl Mobility class on the Woodridge lawn, a program by experienced instructor Belen designed to help your body release stress, breath better, improve circulation, promote range of motion and more! We will have fun while actively working on breathing technics, mobility, and flexibility through movement patterns and music that improves focus, reduces stress and aids in physical balance.

This class is suitable for all skill levels (you will not be the only beginner!) and open to all members aged 12 and up, as well as their non-member friends. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. The class runs from 10:00 to 10:45 AM on the grass. Please bring a suggested donation of $10-$15 via cash or Venmo. Be sure to RSVP so we can prepare for everyone joining in the fun!
